Pre-Treatment Guidelines

Avoid blood thinners (aspirin, fish oil, alcohol) for 24–48 hours prior
Arrive with a clean face (no makeup)
Drink plenty of water prior to your treatment.
Inform us if you have a history of cold sores or allergies

Post-Treatment Instructions

Avoid major events within 3–4 weeks of treatment
Do not fly for 4 weeks post-treatment
Avoid touching or massaging treated areas for 24 hours
Use ice or cool compresses (without pressure) for 48 hours
Sleep with your head elevated for the first 1–2 nights to reduce swelling.
Avoid exercise, saunas, and heat for 3 days
For lip filler models: avoid straws for 4 weeks

Managing Bruising & Swelling

Bruising may last up to a few weeks
Arnica (topical or oral) may help reduce bruising/swelling
Tylenol is safe if needed (avoid NSAIDs like ibuprofen)

Skincare After Treatment

Avoid harsh products (Retin-A, glycolic acid, benzoyl peroxide, hydroquinone) for 2 days
Avoid extreme heat/cold for 2 weeks
