Cancellations & No-Shows

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment time to someone else. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment will be charged $75 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour, based on the total time scheduled for the service. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you soon.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment to stay on time for the patients scheduled after you. Rescheduled late arrivals may be subject to the cancellation fee.

Child Safety

For the safety, privacy, and comfort of all patients, children are not permitted at appointments. Our treatments involve needles, lasers, and medical devices that can present safety risks, and every patient deserves a private, relaxing environment during their visit. Children may not be left unattended in the reception area, treatment rooms, or hallways.
