Appointment Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and late cancellations or missed visits leave a gap in our schedule that could have been filled by another client. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours’ notice or miss their appointment will be charged $75 per hour, with a minimum charge of one hour, based on the total time scheduled for the service.
