PA-C, Aesthetic Injector
Chrisy is a certified Physician Assistant and aesthetic injector and enjoys helping others and providing services that achieve visible and natural-looking results that provide a more youthful appearance. Chrisy is a injection trainer in the Twin Cities, and she believes there are many ways to promote and embrace health and wellness through aesthetic services. Her specialities include neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), and weight loss injections. Renew MedSpa is thrilled to have Chrisy on our team and excited to add PRP and weight loss injections to our service menu.
Chrisy is a proud mother to her son Ellis. She graduated from St. Catherine University with a biology major and worked in forensics for 3 years. In 2001, she began her training as a Physician Assistant at Augsburg College where she completed a Masters Program in Physician Assistant studies. She has practiced in family medicine, general surgery, vascular surgery, and urgent care.
Kalista
Aesthetic Injector, Clinical Assistant
Kalista is a certified and experienced aesthetic injector ready to help you enhance your natural beauty. She has always had a passion for skincare and aesthetics and knows the impact is has on an individual’s self-confidence. Kalista became a certified nursing assistant at the young age of 16. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical. During the pandemic in 2020 she joined the front lines and volunteered at North Memorial Hospital. Kalista currently works full-time at a plastic surgery clinic. She injects for Renew a couple evenings a week and on Sundays.
Kalista takes great care to listen carefully to your goals and consults with you on the best treatment to achieve your goals. Clients often comment how they love her positive, helpful, and kind nature and her injection technique. Renew is thrilled and lucky to have Kalista on our team, and Kalista can’t wait to meet you!
Julie
Medspa Technician, Aesthetic Injector
Julie is passionate about the aesthetic services industry and believes these treatments are a form of self-care. Many treatments and technologies exist today that didn’t even a year ago, and Julie thoroughly enjoys learning and mastering them and implementing them to improve the lives of her clients. Julie is certified and experienced in lasers, aesthetic injections, body contouring, advanced skin rejuvenation treatments, and skincare product knowledge. Julie enjoys helping others, providing services that deliver results, and is dedicated to client comfort and satisfaction. She received her education and training from Allergan Medical Institute, Louise Walsh International Academy, Minnesota Brow & Lash Academy, Medspa Institute of America, private trainings, and American Red Cross. She is also trained as a first responder and Emergency Medical Technician, and she has a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism and MBA from the University of St. Thomas.
Julie lives in Little Canada with Steve and their black lab named Shirley. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering as a ski patroller at a local ski resort, reading, taking classes, learning new things, travel, and time with friends and family.
Charles Tessier
D.O. P.C.
Dr. Tessier is Renew’s Medical Director and is licensed as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Board Certified in Family Medicine, and has a strong background in Occupational Medicine. He is a 2004 graduate of the Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine and has enjoyed practicing since 2007. His experience consists of a combination of Family Medicine, Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, and clinic collaboration/supervision. Dr. Tessier has a wife and two sons. In his free time he enjoys anything outdoors, including camping, bike riding, hiking, and kayaking/paddle boarding.
