We apply a prescription-strength topical numbing cream for 30 minutes, and then use a Plasma Pen device to apply plasma energy to the growth, resulting in shrinking, severing, or flattening of the mole or skin tag. This treatment is not ideal for flat moles and does not remove pigment. An appointment takes about 60-90 minutes – after numbing, we will remove as many moles and skin tags as we can in the span of 30 minutes.
