What is Zepbound?
Zepbound (tirzepatide) is an FDA-approved, once-weekly injectable medication used for weight loss and long-term weight management. It is self-administered as a small injection under the skin.
Zepbound helps reduce hunger, control cravings, and improve blood sugar regulation. Alongside supporting and maintaining weight loss, it may improve overall metabolic health, including A1C levels.
A GLP-1 receptor agonist
Zepbound is part of a class of medications called GLP-1 receptor agonists, which mimic natural hormones your body releases after eating.
It works by slowing how quickly food leaves the stomach, suppressing appetite, increasing fullness, reducing frequent snacking, and supporting better blood sugar control. Paired with balanced nutrition, hydration, and regular activity, it can significantly support weight loss and long-term success.
What Zepbound does
When combined with healthy habits, Zepbound supports weight loss in several ways at once.
Reduces hunger
Suppresses appetite so you feel hungry less often through the day.
Controls cravings
Helps quiet cravings and reduce frequent snacking between meals.
Increases fullness
Slows how quickly food leaves the stomach, so you feel full longer.
Supports metabolic health
Improves blood sugar regulation and may improve A1C levels.
A once-weekly injection, fully supported
Zepbound is a once-weekly injection taken according to your individualized treatment plan. Your dose, progress, and tolerance are monitored by the Renew MedSpa team through required medication check-ins, and dosing is adjusted based on your response and weight-loss goals.
After you begin, you receive a step-by-step guide on how to prepare a syringe and complete an injection. We are here for you at every step. Treatment duration is individualized and determined with your provider.
For best results
- Follow the dosing protocol prescribed to you by Renew, and avoid self-diagnosing.
- Eat healthy, protein-rich, unprocessed food and exercise. Healthy habits sustain your weight loss and reduce reliance on medication.
- Consider maintenance dosing as you near your goal, and stay in touch with Renew to find the right maintenance dose for you.

How dosing builds over time
Treatment begins at a low dose and increases gradually, as tolerated, to minimize side effects. Your dosing is individualized and managed by our team based on your response, tolerance, and goals, and not everyone needs or tolerates the highest dose. Once you reach your weight-loss goal, a lower maintenance dose may be recommended to help stabilize your weight and reduce the risk of regain. You may stop the medication at any time. Results vary from person to person and depend on your dose, consistency, and lifestyle, which is why ongoing support and healthy habits matter as much as the medication itself.

How the Renew program works
Three simple steps to begin, with medical oversight throughout.
Book your consultation
Schedule a complimentary Weight Loss Medication virtual or phone consultation. After booking, you will receive an intake and consent form to complete before your appointment. The form must be completed beforehand, or your appointment will be rescheduled. We review your medical history, eligibility, and goals together.
Prescription is sent
A $199 non-refundable prescription fee is charged to your card on file, covering provider care, dose management, and prescription submission. Your prescription is then sent to the pharmacy.
Pharmacy contacts you
The pharmacy reaches out by text and/or email to complete your purchase. Medication pricing, billing, and shipping are handled directly by the pharmacy.
Clear, straightforward pricing
Two separate costs: your Renew prescription fee, and the medication itself, paid directly to the pharmacy.
Per prescription, never a monthly membership
This is what sets us apart. Many weight loss programs bill a monthly membership whether or not you need anything that month. We charge a non-refundable prescription fee only when a prescription is provided, so you are not paying in months you do not need one.
The fee covers provider care, dose management, and prescription submission. Renew MedSpa does not manage pharmacy billing, payment, or shipping.
Paid to the pharmacy
Zepbound pricing is set by the manufacturer, Eli Lilly, and paid directly to the pharmacy. Current pricing is per four injections, a one-month supply: $299 for 2.5 mg, $399 for 5 mg, and $449 for the 7.5 mg, 10 mg, 12.5 mg, and 15 mg doses.
We prescribe only brand-name, FDA-approved Zepbound, never compounded tirzepatide.
Pricing is subject to change at any time. View Zepbound pricing, terms and conditions.
A simpler way to pay
- A recurring monthly membership or subscription, billed whether or not you need anything that month
- The membership is on top of the cost of your medication
- You keep paying the fee even during months you do not need a new prescription
- No monthly membership. You pay a prescription fee only when a prescription is provided
- If you do not need a new prescription that month, you are not charged
- You only ever pay for your medication and the prescriptions you actually receive
Once your prescription is sent, the pharmacy will contact you directly to complete your medication purchase.
