Consultations are complimentary and held in person. Not local? Ask us about a virtual consultation.

A consultation usually takes about 30 minutes. Here is how it goes.

You tell us what is bothering you and what you would love to change. There are no wrong answers.

We look at your concerns in person, assess the relevant area, and answer your questions honestly.

We walk you through your options, what each can realistically do, and what it involves.

How to prepare, and what to bring
What to bring
- Your questions and concerns, that is the most important thing
- A list of any products you currently use on your skin
- Anything you have been curious about and want to ask
- A list of your medications and relevant medical history
Good to know
- Your first consultation is completely free and carries no obligation.
- It is held in person at our Eagan location. If you are not local, ask us about a virtual consultation.
- Depending on the treatment, some services can be started the same day, while others are best planned for a later visit.
- If your visit involves a skin assessment, come with bare skin if you can, or we can remove makeup for you.
A note on booking: when you book online, you agree to our cancellation policy as part of the booking process. If you book by phone, we will take a credit card to hold on file to reserve your appointment. We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Full details are in the FAQ below.
Consultation FAQ
Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary and carries no obligation. It is simply a chance to understand your concerns, learn your options, and get an honest, personalized plan. If you would like additional consultation time beyond that first visit, it is $100, which we apply toward your treatment if you decide to move forward.
We hold consultations in person, since seeing your skin in person is the best way to give you accurate, honest guidance. If you are not local to the Eagan area, ask us and we may be able to arrange a virtual consultation for you.
No. Our approach is education first. We give you clear, honest recommendations and let you decide if and when to move forward, in your own time.

Sometimes. Depending on the treatment and your skin, some services can be started at the same visit, while others are best planned for a later appointment. We will let you know what makes sense for you.
We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we can offer the time to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or missed appointments, are charged a $75 non-refundable fee to the card on file. When you book online you agree to this policy at checkout, and if you book by phone we will take a credit card to hold on file in order to reserve your appointment.
