This laser treatment is a skin tightening and resurfacing procedure using laser energy to coagulate and ablate the skin and stimulate collagen production. The 1570nm and/or 10,600nm (CO2) wavelengths target both superficial and deep skin structures to improve texture, tone, firmness, and reduce visible signs of aging. As collagen rebuilds, patients experience gradual tightening of the skin and a reduction in fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging. The treatment may be ablative (removing layers of skin) or non-ablative (stimulating without removing skin), depending on the settings used. Multiple sessions may be necessary for significant or long-lasting results. A complimentary consultation appointment is required prior to treatment.
Device: The Helix device uses the latest, most advanced fractional laser technology to rejuvenate and tighten skin, improve skin tone and texture, reduce skin color variations, and stimulate natural collagen production. Whether you’re seeking a subtle glow-up or dramatic resurfacing, treatments can be tailored to your desired intensity, schedule, and skin goals

Exosomes Add-On (optional)
Exosomes Benefits
Exosomes can significantly enhance laser resurfacing results beyond just reducing healing time. Key benefits include:
- Accelerated healing and reduced downtime: Exosomes promote faster skin recovery by delivering high concentrations of growth factors, peptides, and RNA to damaged tissue. Patients often experience less redness, swelling, and peeling, allowing for a quicker return to normal activities.
- Enhanced collagen and elastin production: Exosomes stimulate fibroblast activity, which boosts collagen and elastin synthesis—amplifying the remodeling effects of laser treatments. Result: Firmer, plumper, and more youthful-looking skin over time.
- Improved skin texture and tone: By supporting cell turnover and regeneration, exosomes help improve the overall skin surface, leading to smoother texture and more even tone. This complements the resurfacing effects of the laser.
- Reduction in inflammation and post-treatment complications: Exosomes carry anti-inflammatory cytokines that calm the skin and reduce the risk of PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation), especially in patients with darker skin types.
- Better outcomes for difficult skin conditions: In cases of acne scarring, melasma, or rosacea, exosomes can enhance the regenerative process and support better long-term outcomes compared to laser alone.
- Increased patient satisfaction: Because of the reduced side effects and enhanced cosmetic improvements, patients are often more satisfied with their results and more likely to return for maintenance treatments.
What are exosomes
- A liquid, serum-like substance applied to the treated skin immediately post treatment.
- Exosomes carry essential growth factors, cytokines, mRNA, and MiRNA.
- We use the exosomes product Chronos EXOCR, a single-source, non-lyophilized, and highly active biologic formulated to target dermal fibroblasts.
- EXOCR contains more than 50 billion particulates, more than 10 billion intact exosomes, over 1,000 growth factors and cytokines, mRNA and miRNA.
- EXOCR is harvested from Whartons Jelly and only suspended in saline. Does not contain any preservatives or additives (from source to skin). Wharton’s jelly is the mucous connective tissue of the umbilical cord, the youngest tissue with limited antioxidant damage and high in regenerative properties.
How exosomes are used
- EXOCR is applied to treated skin directly post-treatment. Allow the exosome product to dry on your skin without washing it off or applying anything on top for at least 4 hours. Leave exosomes on skin overnight. The next day you can wash your face with a gentle cleanser then apply the recommended post-care products.
- Results are immediate with a reduction of redness and swelling. Visible results can be seen within a few days. After three weeks, the most noticeable results appear. Improvements continue for up to three months after treatment.
Exosomes contraindications
- Active herpes blister or other skin infections
- Active cancer
- Inflammatory conditions of the skin or scalp such as Alopecia
- Recent completion of course of radiotherapy, chemotherapy, or any other therapy for cancer treatment.
- Current use of anticoagulation therapy (e.g., Warfarin)
- Current use of NSAIDS (e.g., Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Aleve)
- Current use of steroids
- While not a contraindication, current use of fish oil, garlic supplements, vitamin E, St. John’s Word may have a thinning effect of the blood and can increase your risk of bruising and swelling during your exosome treatment.
Cost: EXOCR is an add-on option to your laser treatment. The cost per vial is $375.
